Hello. If youâve arrived here it means that you probably carry a lot of responsibility and are very tired. You might even feel a little lost and disconnected from yourself.
And with that you feel frustrated because youâve done the work. Youâve read the books. Youâve gone to therapy. But you still feel like youâre drowning.
Itâs not your fault. Most of us are taught to rely on âcoping skillsâ as the solution. And coping skills can help until they become the whole strategy. When life is constantly throwing more and more at you and you have to just âcopeâ with all of it, no wonder you feel underwater.
Many people also learn, subtly or directly, that their emotions are something to manage, override, or correct. When emotions are treated like the enemy, itâs easy to lose touch with yourself.
And when nothing seems to be helping you get used to doing things on your own. But life is not a single player game. You deserve to be supported.
